River view room is very nice.

I do not know if they gave me a free upgrade but the river view room was very nice caused me stay in hotel till 12:00pm every day. I like westin!

Proximity to tourist attractions and dining options.

I had to plug in the phone and clock radio by myself.

Great location for tourists, close to the El subway and numerous quality restaurants. The staff was excellent and the hotel was very clean. I would return and recommend to others.

$48 parking, That's a lot to park.

The hotel is nicely decorated, very clean, with a nice size bathroom. The location is excellent.

The bell hop was the most helpful person.

Poor customer service almost to the point of harassment.

Terrible - thought we were getting a 4 star hotel and although the packaging was nice, the satisfaction of the hotel in general was poor.

That I had to pay $9.95 per day for internet access.

Loved staying at the Westin river north. I'm going back next week and did not win this hotel again with my bid. The Palmer House will have a lot to live up to against my stay at the Westin river north. ...read more

Awesome location and beautifully renovated hotel.

Expensive parking fees!

We had an excellent experience with this hotel! We were given a room on one of their preferred floors. The room had been recently renovated and had beautiful decor, a flat screen tv and a very nice marble bath. I was very impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of the staff.
